Before a booking is confirmed

A request has a visible state. Review the service, coach, package, time, price, and policy before you send it, then follow the state shown in the app.

What to check

  • A request can wait for the coach's review before it becomes confirmed.
  • The booking details and policy stay connected to the request.
  • A session is not confirmed on the strength of a message or an old screen.

Payment has its own state

The price and policy should be visible before a payment step. Payment, booking, and session states are related, but they are not the same state.

Keep money questions in the app

  • Review the total and the applicable policy before you approve a payment step.
  • Check the payment state in the app instead of treating a pending result as complete.
  • Never send full card details or verification codes through support.

Changes follow the policy shown

Cancellation and rescheduling depend on the policy attached to the booking, its state, and the relevant time. Read the formal Cancellation & refunds policy when a plan changes.

If plans change

  • Open the booking details to see which action is available for its current state.
  • Check the policy before assuming a fee, refund, or new time.
  • If a coach cancels, follow the next step shown and contact support if it is unclear.

Information follows the relationship

A coach receives the information needed for an authorized coaching relationship. Your profile remains one account when you move between trainee and coach modes.

Account and access

  • Share only information that belongs in the service or booking context.
  • Read the Privacy policy for access, correction, deletion, and retention details.
  • Read the Terms of use for account and acceptable-use rules.

When something is unclear

Use Contact support to report a booking, payment, privacy, or access problem. Include the email connected to your account and the booking reference when it helps, but leave out passwords, codes, and full card details. Fitnass support is not an emergency service; use your local emergency services when someone is in immediate danger.

Contact support

  • Describe what you expected, what the app showed, and what happened next.
  • Contact support when you need to report a problem or cannot identify the next step.
  • Keep consequential decisions inside the app and the policy attached to the booking.
